Journal introduction

Journal of Polymer Materials (JPM) is a?peer-reviewed,quarterly,?international?open access journal published by Tech Science Press. It aims to provide an academic exchange platform for researchers focusing on polymer science and technology, inspire new sparks, develop new technologies, and work together on composite materials. Research and development to promote the sustainable and healthy development of human society. JPM is currently included in some of the world's major citation databases such as SCIE (Web of Science), EBSCO, Chemical Abstracts Service (CAS), and National Academy of Agricultural Sciences (NAAS).

In order to fully stimulate the innovative thinking of young scholars, activate academic exchanges, further enhance the international influence of the journal, cultivate reserve forces for the editorial board, and provide a platform for young scholars to display and communicate, we are now preparing to conduct the first round of youth editorial board recruitment in 2024.

Recruitment Criteria

  1. Doctoral degree obtained within 5 years and be no more than 40 years old;Priority will be given to scholars with overseas experience;
  2. SCI publication experience as the first author in the past three years;
  3. Actively engaged in scientific research in related fields;
  4. Enthusiastic about periodical work, available to review, solicit and promote journals.

  2. Promotion of scientific achievements of young editorial board members and their research teams on Linkedin, Twitter,Facebook and other media platforms, both domestically and internationally, to improve academic influence;

Responsibilities of Early Career Editorial Board Members

  1. Assist Editor-in-Chief in reviewing manuscripts in professional fields from time to time;
  2. Actively contributed in soliciting submissions, serve as guest editors for special issues;
  3. Support the development goals of the journal through various means, such as providing suggestions, promoting the journal on the academic networks, academic conferences, and new media channels, etc.

Preliminary review of resumes-editorial board selection-notice of selection of Early Career Editorial Board members. Selected Early Career Editorial Board members will receive a confirmation email, and applicants who are not selected will not be notified.
