As you well know, unless maybe you've been in the basement hiding like Biden, that President Trump narrowly escaped an assassination attempt by 20-year-old Thomas Matthew Crooks, a?Democratic donor on Saturday night during a campaign rally in Butler, Pennsylvania.? The abject and almost total failure of the protection of former President Trump last Saturday?continues the trend of the inept and apathetic (un)professionals in the Biden Abomination.? Multiple attempts to garner the attention of someone, anyone in authority, regarding the suspicious person seemed to have fallen on deaf ears and blind eyes.? Onlookers begged for intervention when they saw Thomas Crooks climb to the roof with a rifle, but a series of security?oversights instead enabled him to carry out his nefarious act.? Trump should never have been allowed to take the stage, the shooter should have been engaged at least thirty minutes earlier, and?the officer who had the weapon pointed at him and retreated should be severely sanctioned, up to being fired.

This was a failure of the greatest magnitude and the listless USSS director made up the lame excuse that the roof where the sniper was so slanted it posed an injury risk.? BS. The roof where a USSS sniper was much more slanted, and does this silly bovine recognize that not having adequate protection posed much more of an injury risk than did a?slanted roof?? Director Cheatle, another seemingly incompetent bureaucrat who's apparently almost as inattentive and as inept as Joe Biden, is apparently only?the USSS director because she endeared herself to Dr. Jill and Jill's righthand advisor, Anthony Bernal, who then orchestrated the hiring of the DEI Secret Service Director.? We should never let?attributes and factors such as ability, competence, or experience influence our selections when we can readily go with favoritism or affirmative action; there is apparently much to be said for sleeping?your way to the top (Harris) or a*s-kissing (Cheatle). ?Reports indicating that Cheatle prioritized diversity initiatives over hiring the most qualified agents, her goal being the agency’s achieving 30%?female representation by 2030, has drawn scrutiny due to concerns about physical capabilities in certain situations.? This begs the question of why a person so concerned with political correctness was leading (??) the Secret Service.

There were, as usual, local and state officers involved, and apparently many more Homeland Security agents than USSS agents.? It is disgusting that there were attempts to blame local officers?for the horrendous security lapses, the several failures, and the fact that the overall responsibility falls squarely on the shoulders of the USSS.? The USSS has now told the truth, after repeated?denials, that Trump had requested additional security and was repeatedly denied; and again, Mayorkas has lied.? It took the ATF some thirty minutes to trace the firearm that Crooks used, and if the NRA-fearing simpletons in Congress were not so concerned over donations and reelection, this could have happened much quicker if the records were computerized, but that will apparently never happen.

Remember, there are three sides to every story and here, having?CNN involved, four sides have now been achieved.? There are, as always, so many inaccurate to partially accurate news stories, rumors, so much speculation, suppositions, innuendo and tales, that it is virtually impossible to glean the actual facts.? Conspiracy theories now abound, such as a second shooter.? ?No grassy knoll was identified, but what might have been a former pitcher's mound with a piece of Astroturf on it has been discovered by the renowned FIB investigators.?

With fake news and inaccurate reporting so prevalent, I suggest waiting for the movie to see if it might more closely follow the actual storyline, if we ever discover what that is.? The bottom line is that you cannot trust the government, this was a failure of immense magnitude that but for the grace of God, would likely have insured another four years of Ineptitude, inflation, and misery, and the detail leader and Director Cheatle need to be dealt with harshly.? It seems the once proud law enforcement profession is going to hell in a handbasket like just about everything in America over the past three and a half years.? And you can bet that time, money, and duplicity, not being considerations, there will be congressional hearings out the wazoo until the fever goes down and there is movement toward the next headline grabber.? Just my opinion.
