Background: Youth Connect Innovation Lab (YOCLAB) is driven by youth voices. We have created a vibrant community for changemakers and emerging leaders to be equipped with skills and support to transform their passion and ideas into social projects, businesses, organizations, and movements that create sustainable impact. ?Every day, we listen and work with young people who have the innovation and potential to create solutions to local community challenges, from climate change to food insecurity, education, and health. Unfortunately, 9 in 10 young people in underserved communities in Cameroon and across Sub-Saharan Africa lack the skills to turn their ideas into reality and to penetrate the ever-evolving industry landscape. In these communities where opportunities are scarce for young people, we support aspiring and long-time youth social innovators to design and implement systematic solutions to address local community challenges
