May of every year is declared "Older Americans Month" in America and a vital opportunity to prioritize economic/retirement planning for millions of additional "Older People."?This "Tidal Wave of Older Americans "poses a severe challenge to Our American Economy in the next 15-to-20 years!
Our post-WWII "Baby Boomers "are "Aging:" at the astounding rate of over 10,000 additional individuals turning 65 every day in 2029 in America! The Dreams of an Aging American Population are turning into the Dread of "Ageism in America.?"
"Ageism" is defined as discrimination against older people because of negative and inaccurate stereotypes—and it’s so ingrained in our American Culture that most Americans are often not aware of the economic, medical, personal /societal problems presented by "Ageism" in America Most Americans are aware of the health.Social/economic problems posed include diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), which are used to describe Ageism. Ageism" is now the new and growing odd bias not socially acceptable by our American Society “Ageism" is an odd bias not sociably acceptable by American society to tackle social/legal issues such as racism and gender bias.
In fact, "Older Adults" are now the fastest growing demographic factor, with over 10,000 additional Americans turning 65 every day through /past 2029!

Many demographic studies have shown that America's and Americans' views on "Retirement Ages" have changed dramatically. Many people continue to work well past their 60s, preferring to phase into retirement and viewing it as a new chapter in life. America will have to include "older workers "as an important part of the American Workforce in the 21st Century!
