We're week 3 into the next lockdown in Northern Ireland. As any of my connections and sales coaching clients in England venture into the next lockdown, here's what I recommend.
1. Walk every lunchtime, preferably in nature, and don't check your phone. It helps with clarity and your mental health.
2. Meditate daily with Calm or Headspace Inc. This also helps with clarity and mental health. If your mindset isn't right, everything else will suffer
3. When clients have no budget, you can't force money out of them and you never should. Keep giving value every week until they're ready.
4. Read Man Up by former British world boxing champion Billy Schwer
5. Read Unleash Your Awesome by Taz Thornton ??????
6. Listen to the Afro Ndiritu podcast on Apple or Spotify by Afro Ndiritu
7. Try not to work in the same room as you sleep in.

9. Call 1 person a day who is struggling and help them out. It makes the world better and is good for your soul.
10. It's okay to get frustrated by everything that is going on. Write about it in an interesting LinkedIn post instead of taking it out on someone.
11. Invest in a standing desk. It's great for your posture and gives you more energy.
12. Charities are struggling massively. If you have skills, help them out. If you have spare cash, make a donation. It makes the world better and is good for your soul.
13. You are 100% responsible for your own success. Don't blame the government no matter how many mistakes they make.
14. Take up a hobby that excites you. Playing the drums brings me great joy.
