Coping With Organizational Change

As some of you know, a while back, I pursued a Master’s in Positive Organizational Development and Change from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University. I did so because the success of my area’s initiatives hinged on both the buy-in of diverse stakeholders and the reconciliation of their frequently divergent objectives, and I wanted to better enable this. I could not have made a wiser decision. The practical tools and grounding in theory that I acquired equipped me to meet the often-formidable challenges presented by my employers’ and clients’ international expansions as well their mergers and acquisitions.
