Hi there!
I am trying something different with today’s newsletter.?I’d like to ask you to complete a 1- minute survey about challenging tasks at work.?I promise that in a later newsletter I’ll publish the results!
For more background:
I have been interested in how people experience and cope with challenging tasks at work for a very long time.
With my colleague Joshua Margolis from Harvard Business School, I have written multiple academic papers on this topic:
I also have written a book – Reach – which is all about challenging tasks at work and stepping outside comfort zones. ?And I have written many other articles and have appeared (or produced) podcasts on the topic, which you can find here.
Anyway, I hope you will complete this very short survey.?I can’t wait to learn the results and will be happy to share them with you!
Many thanks,
Andy
