Copilot...I'm All In

As some of my former, and current colleagues will?confirm I was not the biggest fan of Copilot, sceptical it could be used as the easy option, stifle creativity and lead to poor quality work.?
So last week I made a conscious effort to go all in at Microsoft Ignite and focus on AI and Copilot, and right from the opening keynote they had me, hook line and sinker. ?
What really stood out in the Ignite sessions was the focus from Microsoft on the underlying requirements needed “to make Copilot work”, it’s not plug and play. It needs thought, planning and controlled execution from the technical, human resource and governance perspectives.?
The security at cloud level is a given and can be outlined by people for cleverer than me, similarly applications level data, what was announced at Ignite and was music to my ears was SharePoint Premium and how important SharePoint is in the Copilot world. No longer can organisations allow SharePoint a free reign, if you are thinking Copilot you HAVE TO think SharePoint as well.?
And what about Copilot Studio?, well I’ll let Copilot take care of that...
So, in a Copilot powered world will #legal fee earners be able to “log 30 minutes today of billable time against Cramer versus Cramer”, will #housing officers be able to “give me a 360 view of all information for tenant 232456”, I think we will, and I am certainly now All In on Copilot.?
