Copilot and you – Empower Your Productivity with Microsoft 365 Copilot

For quite some time already, a lot of buzz is happening around Microsoft 365 Copilot. Since November 1st, Microsoft 365 Copilot is finally generally available for ‘everybody’. So the big question now is, how can I get it and what can I do with it?!

First of all, why the quotes around ‘everybody’. Well, in order to get Copilot within your organization you will need to purchase a minimum of 300 seats, next to your Microsoft licenses that needs to be at least Microsoft 365 E3/E5. To purchase these seats, Copilot will cost you $30 per user per month, and is only available via a ‘lead status’(support from a Microsoft Commercial Executive is needed to transact it).

These are quite some bumps to get started but don’t worry too much.. Microsoft is also focusing to bring 365 Copilot to small and medium-sized businesses. When this will happen is not clear yet, but it will be available for the masses. Hopefully also in a less costly way.

So, what can 365 Copilot do for you within Microsoft 365?

If its’s productivity, collaboration, Dynamics, ERP or Power Platform Copilot can be used for a lot of things Microsoft 365. Here are quite some things Copilot can already help you out with:

Some things to keep in mind regarding Copilot

Copilot is a really intersting and creative technology that can improve your writing abilities and workefficiency. However, there are some factors that you should be aware of when using it:

  • Copilot can help out with writing but you cannot rely on the outcome blindly
  • Copilot cannot take over your own imagination, decision-making and (writing/design) skills
  • Copilot cannot ensure the correctness, dependability and legitimacy of the content that it produces.?
