No more digging through emails and notes for meetings. Copilot does it for you. Just ask, and Copilot gathers and summarizes project info in a snap.
Stay informed with the latest news and summarize project milestones effortlessly. Microsoft 365 Copilot is your shortcut to streamlined productivity.
Copilot in Teams meetings
Copilot in Teams meetings enhances your efficiency by aiding in common meeting tasks. It helps you catch up on missed content, track unresolved issues, compile unanswered questions, suggest follow-up contacts, and even create decision-related pros and cons tables. My favorite use is summarizing questions and answers, which is ideal for sharing with the team or FAQs. This simplifies information retrieval without interrupting live discussions or needing an Intelligent Recap afterward.
Copilot in Teams Phone
Recently at Inspire, we introduced the next phase of Copilot in Teams, extending its capabilities to impromptu chats and calls. Copilot in Teams Phone lets you initiate and receive calls through your Teams app on any device, with real-time summarization and insights. During calls, Copilot can draft notes, highlight key details like names, dates, and tasks, for both VoIP and PSTN calls. Imagine discussing a new project with an external partner – Copilot captures their questions, feedback, and next steps. After the call, you can quickly send a follow-up note based on the summarized conversation.

Copilot in Teams chat
Copilot in Teams chat streamlines staying updated on conversations, summarizing chats, and extracting key details across threads – all without disrupting your flow or endless scrolling. Imagine returning after days away, like a vacation, finding your team discussed a marketing campaign. Instead of sifting through chats, ask Copilot for a quick 3-day summary, top ideas, and action items. You can even have it create a pros-and-cons table for final ideas. This helps you catch up swiftly and rejoin focused discussions without interrupting the team. For me, Copilot is a go-to for post-absence catch-up and document retrieval in Teams chat.

1 年The flow from Copilot for Teams Phone to Dynamics 365 is so cool! I WISH I had that when I was a sales rep. Having to go to a CRM to log call notes is so sneakily time consuming. It’s gonna help crush quota and drive revenue.
