Double Opt-In for Dynamics 365 Real-Time Marketing
An eagerly awaited double opt-in feature for real-time journeys is now available to preview in Dynamics 365 Marketing and Customer Insights – Journeys. While the legacy outbound marketing module includes double opt-in processes, real-time journeys lack an equivalent feature. This release bridges that gap to help progress migrations from outbound marketing. Read more.
UPDATE: Earlier this week, Microsoft announced that the outbound marketing module will be deprecated on 30 June 2025.
New Automation Center for Power Automate
