At the end of May 2020, a batch of seamless steel pipes and pipe fittings to South Africa were inspected by many parties and wait for shipment to the destination. The transaction of these seamless pipes and pipe fittings stems from the customer's trust and recognition of the product quality of Xinyue，after the first cooperation with Xinyue last year.
2019年7月，正是中国钢市热火朝天的时候，我们落定与客户的首个合同后，紧锣密鼓地开始了生产。经过一个多月的生产，2019年8月15日下午，我们收到客户的通知：8月16日，也就是第二天要飞来中国，将对预定的一批大直缝、无缝和弯头进行现场检测验货。信跃的产品质量和诚信原则是始终如一的，我们欢迎客户的任何“突击检查”，所有检测全部顺利通过。
In July 2019, when China's steel market is in full swing, we signed the first contract with our customers and started production as scheduled. After more than one month of production, on the afternoon of August 15, 2019, we received the notice from our customers that they would fly to China on August 16, in order to carry out on-site inspection of LSAW steel pipe, seamless steel pipe and elbow they ordered. Xinyue's product quality and integrity principles are consistent. We welcome any "surprise inspection" from customers, and all tests have passed smoothly.

客户在9月份收到货物，终端客户验收合格后，客户几乎同时给我们发来了该项目的二期产品合作意向书。过程中，我公司积极参与并帮助了客户在竞标中技术文件、专业建议等，使得客户顺利中标。至此，二期项目合作意向书变为实实在在的订单。由于全球疫情原因，客户不能亲自来工厂验收货物，表达了信跃产品无需验收的肯定态度，但我们仍然建议了独立第三方的检测方法。三方检验无疑是专业的、严格的、全面的，此次订单最终经过了冲击、抗拉、弯曲、延伸率、硬度、化学成分等各种检验。信跃产品经得起任何检验。三方检测报告数字完美的诠释了信跃产品，客户收到三方检测报告后表示非常满意。产品即将踏上货轮，前往南非。
After the customer received the goods in September and the terminal customer passed the inspection, the customer sent us the letter of intent for the second phase of the project . In the process, our company actively participated in this work and assisted to helped customers in the bidding of technical documents, offered professional advice and so on, so that customers won the bid successfully. So far, the letter of intent for phase II project has become a actual order. Due to the global epidemic, customers can't come to the factory to check the products by themselves, but they expressed the positive attitude that Xinyue products don't need to be checked again. We still suggest an independent third-party inspection. There is no doubt that the third party inspection is professional, strict and comprehensive. The impact, tensile, bending, elongation, hardness, chemical composition test were passed. The customer is very satisfied after receiving the three-party test report. The product is going to delivered to South Africa soon.
