The company pays attention to the concept of high-tech development, the R & D investment in the past three years has exceeded 5%, and has established industry-university-research cooperation with Zhejiang University, Wuhan University, Shenyang Transformer Research Institute and other universities and institutes, and has established a provincial high-tech R&D center, CNAS nationally recognized laboratory, provincial enterprise research institute, Zhejiang academician expert workstation, Zhejiang postdoctoral workstation, Zhejiang enterprise technology center, etc., with a total of more than 100 independent intellectual property patents, and participated in the drafting of 8 industry standard.
The company mainly develops ultra-high voltage transformer component cooling system above 220KV, large motor cooling system of wind power generation of more than 2.0MW, electric locomotive cooling system, petrochemical equipment cooling system, intelligent control system and other products, which are widely used in ultra-high voltage power transmission and transformation, such as three gorges, Gezhouba and other nuclear power plants, 1000kV DC, converter substation, ocean type, plateau 3800 meters wind farm, selected by Siemens, GE, ABB and other foreign enterprises.
始创于1994年，该公司是一家专注于研制冷却系统部件的高新技术企业，现有员工265人。公司注重高科技发展理念，近三年研发投入均超过5%，并与浙江大学、武汉大学、沈阳变压器研究院等多所高校、院所建立了产学研合作关系，先后成立了省级高新技术研发中心、CNAS国家认可实验室、省级企业研究院、浙江省院士专家工作站、浙江省博士后工作站、浙江省企业技术中心等，累计拥有自主知识产权专利超百件，参与行业标准起草8项。
公司主要研制220KV以上超高压大型变压器组件冷却系统、风电发电2.0MW以上大型电机冷却系统、电力机车冷却系统、石化设备冷却系统、智能控制系统等产品，广泛应用于特超高压输变电上，如三峡、葛洲坝等核电站，1000kV直流、换流变电站，海洋型、高原3800米风电场，被西门子、GE、ABB等国外企业定点选用。

3. Train and introduce relevant technical personnel to form a strong energy storage technology team.
1.?Fan fluid dynamics blade, wind pipe matching optimization design, low noise, reliability, to ensure the process technology;
2.?Intelligent automatic line design and layout of fan manufacturing;
3.?Bearingless oil pump design.
1、 主持研发公司新型泵（如无轴承油泵等）、新型风机（如中高压轴流风机等）等项目；
2、 项目产品对接公司变压器冷却系统系统，配合项目产品顺利对接市场；
3、 培养及引进相关技术人员，组建一支实力雄厚的储能技术队伍。
风机流体动力学风叶、导风筒匹配最优化设计，低噪声，可靠性，保证工艺技术；
风机制造智能化自动线设计与布局；无轴承油泵设计。
