New Leadership, Analytics, and Knowledge Experiences for Viva Engage are now rolling out
Hybrid work and rapidly shifting economic factors continue to create challenges for distributed teams and organizations. Leaders and communicators need new tools to scale culture and create meaningful connections among employees, and empower everyone to contribute. Viva Engage launched last year as an evolution of the Yammer Communities app for Teams, bringing communities and conversations into Microsoft Viva. Today, Microsoft announced that new experiences for leaders, communicators and knowledge sharing in Viva Engage are now rolling out to Viva suite customers. In addition, Yammer web and mobile applications will continue to evolve to be part of Microsoft Viva and be rebranded to Viva Engage over the coming months. Here’s a deeper look at what’s new:

Bookable time coming soon to Outlook
Microsoft Bookings in Outlook is coming to help you reduce the back and forth in scheduling, while helping you maintain control of your calendar. You'll be able to keep custom bookable time (viaa new event drop down in the calendar pane) to share with others so they can easily find a time to schedule a 1:1 meeting with you according to your availability and preferences.
When someone books a time slot with you using your personal booking page, you will both receive an email confirmation. Attendees can update or cancel scheduled meetings with you directly from your personal bookings page.

Microsoft boosts Viva Sales with new GPT seller experience
For sales teams, the adage “time is money” is more relevant than ever before. Time wasted on low-value tasks literally leaves opportunities to sell and engage prospects on the table. At Microsoft, we want to use AI to help sellers focus time on what matters most—making meaningful connections, building trust, and creating long-term relationships.
Announcing the release of SharePoint Workflow Manager for SharePoint Server
Today, Microsoft is pleased to announce the release of SharePoint Workflow Manager, a new workflow engine to power the SharePoint 2013 Workflows platform for SharePoint Server and replace Service Bus and Microsoft Workflow Manager. SharePoint Workflow Manager is compatible with SharePoint Server 2013, 2016, 2019, and Subscription Edition. We recommend that all SharePoint Server customers using SharePoint 2013 Workflows upgrade to SharePoint Workflow Manager as soon as they're able to. Microsoft will focus all future investments and maintenance on SharePoint Workflow Manager rather than Microsoft Workflow Manager, including providing support beyond the year 2026.
How Teams Premium use ChatGPT
I've seen some news articles picking up the announcement above " Built on the familiar, all-in-one collaborative experience of Microsoft Teams, Teams Premium brings the latest technologies, including Large Language Models powered by OpenAI’s GPT-3.5, to make meetings more intelligent, personalized, and protected—whether it’s one-on-one, large meetings, virtual appointments, or webinars." and turning that into something along the lines of "Teams Premium is powered by ChatGPT". Which technically isn't exactly right.
