Macon, Georgia is home to the latest example where NS is working with Agile Cold Storage to combine their cutting-edge technology with our powerful logistics network, improving the movement of perishable goods through the region.

Agile’s new state-of-the-art warehouse is strategically located just 180 miles from the Port of Savannah and on the GC Railroad, where NS interchanges 7 days per week. The facility offers a variety of essential services, including crossdocking, blast freezing, case picking, and tempering.

Currently, NS moves approximately 6,700 temperature-controlled carloads annually, and we anticipate that this facility will contribute approximately 500 carloads each year.??
