I am signing off from blogging for the next 9 days, heading into July... but I thought to summarize some thoughts around COOLness and Optimism... and KNOWledge and Strength .... as explored these past two months already. Consider COOLness.

Needing to prove nothing, walking balanced and temperate... this is COOLness in practice.

  • Love and Honor practiced, coolly balanced.

This is COOLness.

  • Seeking to understand, not control nor command.
  • Naturally comfortable living within our skin.
  • Walking and talking strong and humble.

These are COOLness in practice. And, I think Desiderata captures it magnificently. What might it look like in practice for you; in countenance and gait? Imagine that. Enact that. And then there is KNOWledge...

Seeking to see and learn; healthily curious. Exploring our own awareness. Humble in doing so. Seeing learning as infinite; journey over destination. Learning from our missed takes. This is the practice of KNOWledge.

As I enter in and invite you to engage the Summer Breeze, I am readying myself (next up) to explore Adoration in July and UPRIGHTness in August, in combination with the afore noted COOLness and KNOWledge.
