??Let's start the New Year 2025 with clear minds and souls. What I find the most cathartic is writing things down...Today is a quiet day off after the conclusion for the last year so time to reflect in a cozy comfort of your own home-bed and have some YOU time.

??Cathartic Ritual??
I highly recommend spending today on self-care, self-love and mindful journalling. Here's the ritual I just completed. Please be mindful that everything I share with you is in real time what I do and practise myself. Thank you for being on this journey with me and for all your support it means the world to me.
??First of all we need to tidy up the space around us - declutter.
??Secondly, we would do the gratitude prompts to figure out what to let go of.
??Thirdly, time for an aura cleansing bath with epsom salts and visualising how you let go of what no longer serves you.
??Then, time to smudge the house with smudging prayer from my previous posts and videos. If you don't have sage, use sound from tibethan bell or find it on YouTube.
??Afterwards, when you opened the windows and purged the spirits of last year passed, you will now relax and focus on manifesting your goals so journal on the 2nd part of this article and unwing for the day.

??Summary of my Year??
My year was tough, however I'm hopeful for this one coming to be my reward for all the suffering and tests to my mental health. I sometimes talk about it but ultimately I choose to focus on my healing as the traumas are to share between me and my therapist-they're very hard to digest and talk about. I also don't want them to define me, I want who I become through them to be the testament of my character. I will eventually share and bare it all when all the proceedings are concluded and when I'm ready to open those wounds without getting trigerred and setting myself back. Thank you for being awesome and so supportive, I'm very lucky to have such marvellous friends and followers.
