Cool Down Menopause Symptoms Naturally with Potassium!

Cool Down Menopause Symptoms Naturally with Potassium!

Did you know potassium could be your secret weapon in perimenopause and menopause? Yep! you heard me and you don't have to eat more bananas to reap the benefits. I have 9 amazing foods you probably didn't even think about as sources of this much needed and underrated mineral (sweet potatoes, leafy greens, white beans, avocado, pomegranate seeds, watermelon, potatoes w/ the skin, cooked spinach, coconut water). How you ask, let me show you....

You can tame the Flames with potassium, Like a gentle breeze cooling a fiery furnace, potassium could help regulate her body temperature and reduce those intense hot flashes and night sweats. As estrogen declines, our bones also become more vulnerable. Potassium acts like a steadfast guardian, helping our bodies retain calcium and maintain bone strength.

It can also help you calm the storm on those mood swings and sleep disturbances which are common during pre and post menopause, but potassium, with its role in nerve function and muscle relaxation, could help restore a sense of calm and promote restful sleep.

And lastly, potassium can aid in deflating that belly bloating, another unwelcome guest during hormonal change, could be eased by potassium's ability to balance fluids. Well, that is good news right! Guess what?!?! it gets better, I've included a delicious potassium and protein rich recipe below for you to try, that is healthy, will satisfy that sweet tooth and won't leave you wallowing in regret.
