My colleague Joseph Tuenge and I recently helped Urban Sailor Coffee lease their new location at the up-and-coming Post District (between 300 W & 400 W and 500 S & 600 S). The shop is gorgeous, the coffee is top-notch, and the Post District is going to be very cool when construction wraps up. Definitely worth checking out.
