Gather the team together to cook, wine and dine at Michelangelo restaurant in this Melbourne (CBD) cooking class. Prepare delicious Italian dishes under the guidance of food expert Pauline Leonard. Then relax and enjoy the feast together.
Includes a four course menu of antipasto, handmade pasta, main dish and dessert. Cooking, Wine and Dine is terrific fun as a corporate event. There are two fabulous menus to choose from:
CLASSIC ITALIAN MENU - Start with gorgonzola frittata and pork meatballs with tomato salsa. Then enjoy handmade pumpkin-filled ravioli with sage butter. Main course is veal with pinenuts and an orange and radicchio salad. Finish with luscious tiramisu to complete the meal.
CLASSIC SICILIAN MENU - Start with arancini and cauliflower fritters. Then enjoy handmade pasta with pistachio pesto. Main courses include swordfish with roasted tomato sauce, plus eggplant parmigiana. Finish with ricotta and orange filled cannoli.
