Seng Wee shows up for his family by cooking for them. He makes time in the evenings and on weekends to whip up delicious meals—from crispy roast pork belly to nutritious seafood soups. Raising two daughters and a son comes with its own set of challenges and joys. Reflecting the Chinese saying, “女儿要富养，儿子要穷养,” which means "daughters should be raised generously and sons more strictly," Seng Wee finds himself stricter with his son and more lenient with his daughters. Though it may seem unfair to his son, Seng Wee believes this approach builds resilience and strength.

"Being a dad is about showing my kids what's right and helping them grow," Seng Wee explains warmly. He believes in teaching through example and conversation, a departure from the strict approach of the past. "I make sure to explain why we do things and listen to what each child needs. It's how we connect and understand each other better," he shares.

Whether with his clients, colleagues, or family, Seng Wee is always brimming with positive energy. “????’?? ?????? ?????????? ???? ????????-???????? ??????????????????????,” Seng Wee shares. “Work is just part of life!” He integrates work and life to create time for the things he wants to do for his family.
