Converting Comments to Content (Inspired By You #1)

I often and increasingly am getting tagged to comment on posts. Each week, I select Posts that have Inspired Me and share my comments in reply, pointing back to the Inspiring Posts.

Here is this week's. Enjoy and support these great post creators.

ONE: On TOLERANCE and HOPE inspired by a post by Anne Thornley-Brown

READ ANNE'S FULL POST HERE:

My Comment: Anne, it's when we become an example of:

- our #integrity

- a speaker of the truth through our #vulnerability

- a voice of #confidence to those, known and not known to us, facing similar or related injustice journeys

Do we find comfort in what we have traversed in our own personal journeys of:

  • unfairness
  • intolerance and
  • indifference

to that of a soulful voice of example of:

  • fairness
  • tolerance
  • difference

I created this image only yesterday to a quote of mine of many years ago. I'll post elsewhere, but share here.

Why? Because souls as yours, Anne, give hope for those souls who believe they have no sight of their own soul.

For it has long since been buried beneath an adopted level of lost hope that posts as yours and Ahmad Imam's that lead to our connection, provides them with the hope of #clarity.

To speak of the pain of your journey is to clear the vision of those in lost hope when hope for them, is in the faith of your own courage to share.

Bless you Anne….#sdsiappreciateyou

TWO: On LIBERTY inspired by a post by Eric Cariou

READ ERIC'S FULL POST HERE:

My Comment: Eric I love the thought of not allowing your #liberty to intrude on another’s.

Yet so many constrain their:

  • #wisdom
  • liberty
  • #speech

thru the #adoption of and #addiction to #doubt.

Doubt accumulated by obsessing about what others speak of you to such a point it nullifies you from speaking up:

  • negating your liberty &
  • stunting your wisdom

THREE: On the HUMANITY AGE inspired by a post by Cory Warfield

READ CORY's FULL POST HERE:

My Comment: Hey Cory, great message...simply for me, it's in a quote I wrote recently...

"It's not Your skills and ability You doubt, You doubt you not what You do"....

I find so many people (I should know - I have a PHD and master in this from the university of life) know what they are doing, but in the art of expressing it to the outside world, they stutter, or second guess themselves.

I spend my days now helping and teaching people about selfless passion...the only and real antidote for doubt...and the only way to deliver it...is, as you do, by SELFLESS EXAMPLE...rock on my friend.

FOUR: On OPEN Offices inspired by a post from Susan L Martin

READ SUSAN'S POST HERE

My Comment: Hey Susan, as always I am humbled by the tag. Thanks.

I work inclusively and exclusively online. I’m in the Philippines at the moment and whilst here I have connected with 10 plus countries. My point?

  • Have an open heart first, be an open book of your expertise and
  • do that in every place, space that you occupy

#Collaboration, like openness, is no longer a nice to have, it's a pre-req of success in today's #SocialAge.

So, my take on open offices. The office of the future is the landscape of humanity that resides online and within you....

...the #champions of the future are the champions of #collaboration as much as the champions of the past are icons who've been executing this all along.

The currency of the future is open sharing of your #perspective beyond your expertise.

Your productivity as mentioned by Ahmad, is at the:

  • intersection of collaboration - imagination - education and
  • the essence of what's most precious….

Your Story, Your Perspective.

The Short ?????????????? to all of this: "walk into your office and ?????? be ????????!”

FIVE: On LEADERSHIP inspired by a post from Andrew Messer

READ ANDREW'S POST HERE

My Comment: Hey Joy, thanks for the tag....on a cool post by @Andrew Messer

To me the greatest attribute of leadership is #EXAMPLE.

In the excellent list provided (giving the request to choose) I would say consistency.

In an upcoming #DeSedeMedia post, I list out the 8 pillars of elite performance...#Constancy and #Consistency are the base and introductory two.

As Mikael Persson, Tony Beaven, Ravi Kumar have all indicated a selection of those listed, for me a Constant and Consistent EXAMPLE of all of these assets goes to what is beyond leadership and into the ultimate form of leadership, that of a role model.

SIX: On BOUNDLESS inspired by a post from Caroline Fernandes

READ CAROLINE'S POST HERE

My Comment: Thanks Caroline, ownership of my life...is complete release into a #passion-filled desire to my #mission…to eliminate people's #doubt, every single person I can, one-by-one until done.

Doubtless = Boundless...and we were ALL born Boundless...only life's journey bounds us down...if we choose...thanks Steve.

SEVEN: On CULTURE inspired by a post from Joy Abdullah

READ JOY'S POST HERE:

Hey Joy Abdullah?

My Comment: #Culture is defined as "quality of a person or society that arises from

  1. #excellence in
  2. arts
  3. manners
  4. pursuits...(plus others)

None of 1-2-3-4 (or the others) are possible without people.

People is Culture, People is Brand.

The manifestation of a culture / brand is in the expression of the collection of people that formulates the representation of its existence.

It is from these people, representation and existence that a brand and culture is formed.

It's for this reason the most damaging thing to a brand is not what your customer or consumer (GUEST as we call them in De Sede Media) say...they are not your biggest brand and culture terminator.

It's your team's (your people's) expression, comments and created experience of your business that reflects and is shared outward into the market.

Communication is not the words but the sentiment of your intention to exist in a place of excellence in manners, arts, pursuits...in the service to others.

Joy, great post...good luck in the pursuit of a position.....#sdsiappreciateyou as others do.
