Step 1: Upload your deal memo to ChatGPT.

Step 2: Paste this prompt into ChatGPT.

“Act like a multi-cycle, seasoned real estate professional with over 25 years of experience syndicating real estate projects and who has deep knowledge of commercial real estate to craft a series of personalized emails to launch a capital raising campaign for the attached deal memo.

Generate a sequence of 3 emails with the following objectives:

1. Introduce the investment opportunity and highlight key investment opportunity details.

2. Discuss why the sponsor likes the opportunity.

3. Outline the business plan and projected returns for investors.

4. Address common investor concerns and emphasize the unique advantages of this opportunity.

5. Include a strong call-to-action for interested prospects to contact you or attend an upcoming webinar.

The emails should have:
