1 年I had the privilege of working with Jody several years ago. She embodies the Stryker culture and is one of the best authentic leaders I have ever met.

1 年?Jody and Sarah, I really enjoyed your conversation - it was very insightful about RAQAC as an enabler to our products and customers! And how our talent and culture are so core to the magic we have at Stryker! Nicely done! John, An amazing kickoff indeed, to your ‘Executive exchange’ podcast series! Congrats!
Senior Director - RAQA & GA Asia Pacific (APAC) at Stryker
1 年A couple of years back, when I joined Stryker (RAQA), I had little clue where this role would take me in future. How much learning open doors I have (especially when we know RAQA roles are crucial in order to stay on top of the industry requirements amidst the changing regulatory landscape to enable access to latest technology) is enormous. This has also assisted me with building wide organization, network inside Stryker and among the MedTech trade association Asia Pacific Medical Technology Association (APACMed), Sarah Botros, Adam Collingwood, Jody Powell. My message - Keep a receptive outlook and partake in the experience. I'm welcoming other experts and RAQA professional to share their thoughts as no one can really tell where your most memorable little step will take you. Any other thoughts?
