Chase’s Top 3 Tips for Creating on LinkedIn:

1. Share unique insights on topics that you know best

Chase says, “You’d be surprised with how many people would give you an ear and you never know who’s listening on LinkedIn, especially if you’re giving good insight.”

??Takeaway: By creating content that centers on your personal knowledge, perspectives and experience, you can expand your reach and connect with people you can collaborate with.

2. Carve out time for content creation

Chase shares, “With football, my schedule is really busy. I really only have about two or three hours a week where I can plan content, ideas, events and create content.”

??Takeaway: Keeping a posting schedule, carving out set time for content creation and banking content are all ways to help streamline your creation and enable a better work-life balance. Use our “Schedule a Post ” feature to get ahead of the game by choosing the exact time and date you want your post to go live.

3. Convert your online presence into offline opportunities

Chase says, “Having the ability to define your values the way you see it for others to understand is a huge skill, and it’s something that I practiced. The more you’re able to tell others who you are and put it in terms where everyone can understand, the more you can connect with others.”

??Takeaway: LinkedIn members are drawn to people who go the extra mile when sharing. Adding extra context and background to your own unique perspective can help others connect on a deeper level with your content.
