Conversational Experience: Why Voice Beats Visual in CX

Will the power of Voice finally exceed the power of the Visual? Yes. Because voice like touch is a more interactive sense. It gives and it receives. Vision however is a one-way sense. It receives, and at least for now, you'll need a VR headset to visually trigger an action. So, the new challenge for Customer Experience is "Conversational Experience." Companies will need to help customers easily glide over to the VUI--Vocal User Interface--from the old GUI. And integrate all the UIs...VUI, GUI, and UIT (User Experience of Things).
