In Conversation With: Yun Jin Hwang

Today we’re in conversation with Yun Jin Hwang who recently joined the BANF team. Let’s hear more about his desire to contribute to the team here at BANF.

Please introduce and tell us a little about yourself.

?I’m Yun Jin Hwang and I’m pleased to join BANF. I have been working as a firmware developer for 13 years.

We made mainly products for household appliances, and we also made products for public institutions.

It’s a pleasure to be a part of what BANF is doing.

What led you to joining the BANF team?

I stumbled across a job posting regarding BANF.

After checking the job description, I was intrigued by what I could possibly do with BANF.

Also, as soon as I saw the technology the company was making, I immediately became highly interested and began thinking, ‘How could this work?’ and ‘How should I handle the data?’. These questions and others really motivated me to pursue this opportunity.

What are your personal goals for the future with BANF?

?I think the future will be very different from the present.

In particular, I think there will be numerous changes in the automotive industry with the rise in electric vehicles and autonomous driving. We hope that BANF's products or technologies will be used to make these changes better, safer, and more efficient.

What excites you about BANF’s technology?

?Just like Columbus broke an egg and built it, I think we are challenging a field that other people think is impossible. There will be many failures, but I think we will be able to succeed through the experience of those failures. I’m excited about the future here.

Where do you see yourself and BANF in the next 5 years?

?I think there will be new experiences and new developments of BANF’s existing technology. I think we're going to go into more fields with this technology and I’m thrilled to be a part of this. I hope to grow as a part of the team here at BANF and seek to help us all achieve our goals. I believe we can, and we will do this!

Anything else you’d like to mention or tell us?

?I’m eager to learn and grow as I start this opportunity at BANF. I want to keep a strong positive attitude and I know this will help me and BANF achieve success. I look forward to our future together!
