‘In Conversation’ with Lenna Lou, Founder of The L Factor Ltd.

It was such a delight to speak ‘In Conversation’ with Lenna Lou, Founder of The L Factor Ltd.

During our chat, Lenna expressed her passions for her community: ‘these are unprecedented, difficult times for everyone- especially for SMEs.' She feels this on a personal level having worked with a lot of start-ups and SMEs, helping them with their internal infrastructure and strengthening their business relationships externally.

Rather than being discouraged- although she knows that sometimes, one has their moments in-between the banana breads and TikTok videos they’ve learned to make in lock down. Lenna has been using this time to speak to a lot of businesses. She ‘truly believes that this is the time to build and strengthen relationships and help each other.’ 

Lenna is undoubtedly passionate about building and strengthening business relationships. What really stood out for me was the work Lenna is doing within the local business community. She’s involved in several projects which she shares more about below: 

'I am the Westminster Lead for the FSB (Federation of Small Businesses) where I help get support for small businesses within Westminster and organising virtual events, talks, and various other gatherings;

I am the Head of London local circle of LEx (Leaders Expediate) a global leaders and entrepreneurs network supporting sustainable businesses where I help host round tables and facilitate projects;

A business mentor for The Cherie Blair Foundations to encourage women entrepreneurs around the world reach their vision by helping them create road maps and vision boards to reach their goals;

I’m also part of the Women in Fin-tech Mentor Program and various advisory roles for various platforms. 

Through these passion projects and virtual events, she has met some amazing people and have continued building bridges for and with them, creating various collaborations which she is proud to have initiated. You can probably tell how passionate she is about connecting people and taking businesses to the next level. 

The L Factor Ltd was founded on this basis, helping start-ups in various stages as well as SMEs with their customer’s journey internally or establishing a healthy business relationship externally. She encourages anyone reading this, who may have been feeling discouraged and may want a soundboard, some advice, or just a friendly face to get in touch.'
