Hey, Amit moving ahead. In the last conversation, you spoke about lead generation and their conversion in this sector. It certainly does not seem an easy task. Is it possible to manage so many inquiries and still lease a property? There are so many fake leads in the market, people using you for info, trying to cut and justify their jobs, and not to forget that it’s so tough to find the right tenant. In spite of all this, you have successfully leased 1.5 million sqft, and have an inventory of 1500 + sheds. So it brings me to my following query -why should a landlord, Owner, Buyer, or Tenant use a? property broker ?
