As a financial services veteran with more than 30 years of experience supporting asset managers, asset owners, hedge funds, private capital funds and insurance companies, I’ve learned a great deal about meeting diverse client expectations, the role of operations and technology in both large and small firms, and what it takes to meet client demands while driving sustainable, profitable growth.

The one constant that’s remained over those three decades and across every sector I’ve supported is that things are always changing - and that quality, service and integrity is the winning formula in the long run.??

As I looked toward the next phase of my career, I kept that constant - and that formula - in the front of my mind. To be successful in the financial technology and operations space today means being adaptable, flexible, and customizable - and fast, to be able to address the challenges of firms that are rapidly evolving themselves. I know that quality service, quality data, client-driven solutions and authentic and transparent partnerships are the key to success.? ? Our clients face many of the same challenges we do with ever-increasing demands and expectations - and they need a partner willing to closely align and evolve with them.

No single technology can solve the industry’s and/or one specific firm’s challenges. Despite what many firms want to claim, there isn’t a unified platform in existence that can simultaneously meet the needs of traditional asset managers, asset owners, hedge funds, private equity funds and wealth managers - and all of the diverse constituents and users within them.

Our goal and vision at STP Investment Services is to continue to evolve our technology platforms and operating capability to meet that need. Over time, our BluePrint client experience platform is the mechanism to meet the needs of each of our client’s “personas” with an underlying application and data architecture that will enable the highest quality data possible, supported by deep domain expertise across complex functional areas.???
