Convenience is not a Business Priority

Whenever the strategy, business objectives, or targets are set, they could be anything but work convenience. They could be business growth, revenue, new clients, or improving operational efficiency, but they never make the work easier, i.e., convenient.
Yet many day-to-day tasks and projects target to "minimize the effort" and can clearly be attributed as "convenience" tasks.
Why is that? Could it be that making work convenient daily by minimizing the effort and simplifying the process eventually leads to achieving the business goals?
Obviously not. Then what?
It happens because people managing day-to-day tasks are not the same people who set up business goals. Focus shifts, urgencies take over, and, of course, personal objectives get in the picture, often overshadowing the company goals.
And what are the personal objectives when it comes to work? Make the job easier.
Is it possible to target the best of both? Hardly.
Achieving ambitious business goals requires building a "new company," breaking the status quo between departments, changing existing processes, and challenging areas of responsibility. Hardly will that make the work easier.
What is the solution?
Clearly communicate business goals across the organization and make it the top priority.

Trident Assistance Update
The weakest link to integrating your service provider with your company processes is technology integration. No matter how sophisticated, the black box is still just a black box. A non-integrated system is barely better than a system that doesn't exist.
Trident Assistance offers real-time or near-real-time two-way API integration with client systems to improve coverage verification, checking claims status, and ongoing reports and analytics to be integrated with your on-site technology and have real-time visibility of your claims processing.
