Conundrum called Agility....

“Agility” - Noun

ability to move quickly and easily.

It’s as easy or as tough as the desire to exercise each day.

What’s amazing about Human beings is that if they get to know of anything new, they desire to acquire it.

But when it come to Agility, there is play of dichotomy. One hand the need to be Agile is known to everyone, on the other hand a long standing fantasy of Humans, "At the thought (Read Button), how do I make the World Move”, or simply called laziness, comes in the way.

Machines, Technology and even Automation are ideas born from the very idea of being lazy.

It is also this belief for all of us who like to use our brains, rather execute. Possibly Execution is far more complex.

In Steve Job’s words “It’s that process that is the magic”.

So what’s true for Individuals is also true for congregation of humans , whether a team, a department or an organisation.

To solve this we created frameworks by different names, the truth being they are fast or as slow as people behind them.

Newton’s wrote his first law in the 17th Century he kept it limited to the Physical Bodies. For the uninitiated it reads like, A body at rest will remain at rest unless an outside force acts on it, and a body in motion at a constant velocity will remain in motion in a straight line unless acted upon by an outside force.”

Little would he have fathomed its applicability to the congregations of Human Beings.

An outside force has acted upon us and reduced our velocity, now its upto us as to we go back to the original velocity.

While some of us are wondering about the answers , Newton did leave an answer through his second law “the acceleration of an object depends on two variables – the net force acting on the body and the mass of the body
