Controlling a 'Situation' with Mobile Tornado’s PTToC & Dispatching Solution

During my trip to Israel in June 2017, I visited the command and control center of the Israeli Ministry of Welfare and Social Services. This control center monitors the different locations of the ministry throughout the country and secures personnel working at these locations. In order to enable instant communications, the Ministry uses Mobile Tornado’s PTToC Communication eco-system, including the new Dispatch solution MDC2000.

During my visit, I witnessed a real live situation that immediately showed the need of effective and instant communication between the people in the field and the dispatching center. During this situation, as you can view in my Vlog, the communication solution worked flawlessly as instructions were give by the dispatcher to solve the issue.
