Use the three-question control to determine the state of delegation in your activities:

1.     Do you have an up-to-date list of delegation tasks?

2.     Do you have a control system to transfer delegated tasks fully?

3.     Are you completely satisfied with the dynamics of delegation?

If any answer is “NO“, you urgently need to make a plan of continuous and systematic delegation as well as a learning plan to acquire the necessary knowledge, skills and behaviours in the field of delegation.
