Why should I reboot my health?
This must be going on in your head.
For long, we have been conditioned to rely on medical drugs for any health disruptions. When it comes to the field of medical care, the value they bring to us is impossible to measure but you will see that there is another side to the story.
It is often said that this is the only body you will ever get and it must last a LIFE-Time
But the only question which bothers us is how long and healthy that life is?
With this article, I want to DELETE some common myths regarding drugs from your system –and introduce an ALTERNATIVE Solution – Zyropathy – (Use of Nutrition & food supplements to reverse lifestyle diseases) so that you have better CONTROL of your productive –long lasting life.
You will further realize that “What your Doctor doesn’t know about Nutrition Medicine might be endangering youâ€
Let‘s begin with the story of Sam.
Sam is 35 year old, a Software Professional working in the Silicon Valley of India. And one day, he visited a Blood Donation Camp to donate his blood to the ones in need.

As a token of appreciation, the blood bank conducted some tests and shared his blood reports with him. And when he saw the reports he found that his Cholesterol levels were extremely high and he realized that he often used to feel
some symptoms like shortness of breath, male baldness, occasional chest pain which he had been ignoring for some time. But when he discussed this with his friend, he advised him to consult with a doctor and he did .
After diagnosing the symptoms, the doctor concluded that he had high BP which could possibly be due to the deposition of high cholesterol in the arteries. So he prescribed some medication to eliminate the symptoms of high blood pressure.

Once the drugs started acting in his body, his BP stabilized and he had a sigh of relief. But over the period of time, he realized that some other symptoms started surfacing like dizziness, chest pain, excessive sweating, and heart palpitations.
What’s going wrong? He wondered! I’m just 35!
He consulted other doctors as well but all the doctors suggested similar medicines which suppressed one symptom but gave rise to another, thus, he ended up being a victim to more than 3 pills a day in hope of respite.
But then one day his office colleague advised him to check with Naren, his Nutritional Health Coach.
When he narrated his story to the consultant, he figured out something , which was really astounding and hard to believe for him!
What did the Nutritionist say?
Before I answer this question, I would like to ask you – how many of you have ever thought about seeing a Nutritionist than a doctor for any health related issue?
I know, many of you might have the opinion that Nutritionist are only there for DIET PLAN, isn’t it?
No wonder, even I had the same opinion until I learnt few things about great failures in Healthcare today. It fails when it comes to major diseases of this time like cancer, heart diseases, diabetes and other autoimmune diseases, that’s why it is Time to REBOOT.
The most fundamental difference between an allopathic physician and a Naturopath or Nutritionist is the former studies diseases but the latter targets deficiencies.
It is said every time you eat, either you fight or feed a disease.
Think about it,can somebody be suddenly diagnosed with a disease from being unhealthy for a single day?
NO!
We all pass through a transition state, which is called DEFICIENCY.
When we experience any kind of deficiency, our body tries to alert us. It may send a message via combination of symptoms.
And the harsh truth is – ‘We all are deficient in some way or the other’

And if we have them- we are not healthy- we are coping – These symptoms are the signs of a disease and they should be addressed at least in part, by improving our nutritional status.
Now coming back to Sam’s story.
The consultant told him
“Unfortunately the drugs you took, only treat the symptoms of BP (either by reducing the flow of fluid in blood, or pumping lesser blood by making your heart weak) but not the root cause making your body dependable on them and eventually weakening it to the point where this medication no longer helps and at that point the doctor then tries to sort out the next set of symptoms and performs a coronary bypass or angioplasty.â€
“What’s the alternative then?†asked Sam.
