Contributions to administrative knowledge and experience.

Since the administration of Chanakya, we have seen the value of administrative knowledge and experience in improving the functioning of the Organization. In his administration the core was centralized but the periphery was decentralized. This means involving the suggestion of the last worker as well improve the efficiency of the organization. He says principles of Public administration must include 1)Unity of command 2)Unity of Direction 3) Principle of Coordination 4) Recruitment Criteria 5) Principle of planning & Budgeting etc.., are basic steps to ensure the good working of Administration.

Some more administrative thinkers have given ways to increase the work capacity of organizations. Like..,

• Taylor's piece-rate system says The payment system should very much on two basic criteria first ordinary and second extraordinary. This means if employees do Ordinary working give basic salary, but if they give extra-ordinary working give extra amenities or incentives to boost their morale for more working.
• The Taylor Mental Revolution highlights the unique achievements of employees, either by rewarding them or by giving them an award to stimulate their working spirit.
• Taylor's soldering or skiving technique says Sometimes Employees do less working than their efficiency or capacity. due to less satisfaction with a working environment which might include less salary, distance from home place, over the strict work environment, their family issues, work harassment, working Hours without tea-break, etc.. must be resolved to improve the working of the organization.
• Follette's Constructive Conflict gives 3 ways to resolve conflicts within the organization. Firstly, by Integration second by Compromise, and third by Domination.
• The administrator must know 3 ways to be a leader 1) per position 2) per function 3) per personality. Each way depends on the situation where and which should be used.
