Contracts Signed Report, #longislandcity, Week of March 12 through March 18

Six contacts were signed last week.

Four of the six contracts were for new development units and they were last priced at $1,327 per square foot as compared to the 2 resale units which were last priced at $1,184 per square foot, a new development premium of 12%. 

Four of the six contracts had a list price of at least $1 million.
