Shobha Mallarapu, MSEE, PMP, CISA, President and CEO of Anvaya Solutions is a security expert, a Certified Project Manager (PMP), and a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) with cybersecurity experience in finance, transportation, utilities, healthcare, IT sectors. She has been consulting and performing security assessments since 2007 after 10 years at Intel Corporation. She has led many highly visible security assessment projects at Anvaya Solutions for state agencies and departments delivering security services such as risk and vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, policy review and development, mitigation, incident management, and forensics. Srinivas Atluri is a lead security consultant with over 20 years of experience in cyber security, and a subject matter expert in cybersecurity, audit, and risk assessment and management. The challenge Anvaya Solutions faced was in navigating the complex landscape of government contracting. “Our goal is to leverage our expertise in cybersecurity to serve more government agencies, addressing their critical security challenges. This mission was driven by our commitment to excellence and the desire to apply our innovative solutions on a larger scale, ensuring government operations are secure and efficient” says Shobha Mallarapu, President and CEO.The SBA provided guidance and education to navigate the complex contracting landscape, obtain Woman-owned certification as well as obtain SBA-backed loans. This enabled Anvaya's expansion efforts in the public sector.?From Anvaya Solutions' perspective, the SBA's solutions were a pivotal opportunity that aligned perfectly with our strategic goals and mission of securing government and was also a testament to our expertise in cybersecurity.
