As a Product Coach, I would like to request WhatsApp to please have a look at the below Product Areas as a part of their next Product Discovery phase…
> Message Editing: Allowing users to edit or delete sent messages within a certain time frame would be a valuable addition, especially for correcting mistakes or removing sensitive information.
> Offline Messaging: Enabling users to send messages even when they are offline, with the messages being delivered once they regain connectivity, would improve communication in areas with limited or intermittent internet access.
> Schedule Messages: Allowing users to schedule messages to be sent at a specific date and time would be helpful for reminders, birthday wishes, and other time-sensitive messages.
> Group Call Enhancements: Adding features such as the ability to host larger group video calls, screen sharing during calls, or raising hands to request speaking turns would improve the functionality of group communication.
> Expanded File Sharing: Increasing the file size limit for sharing documents, images, videos, and other files would enable users to share larger files directly within WhatsApp, eliminating the need for external file-sharing platforms.
> Secure Cloud Backups: Providing end-to-end encrypted backups on cloud services would enhance data security and privacy for users who choose to back up their chats.
