Continuous performance management - CPM

I have the opportunity to build a CPM process as well as propose a system can support its when my boss - an quick update person to new trend in the market about people management, and I took 2 weeks to complete and 2 more week to find out the suitable system to support CPM in performance evaluation frequently which could be daily, weekly, monthly or quarterly instead of the tradition performance evaluation process is conducted once or twice a year.

Put a lot of time and effort to complete by myself, but it was not approved to implement at all due to the changing in BOD's strategy. Anyway, it's still good chance to know more about the thing you have never known or find out more about it.
