Of course, keeping your company up-to-date with the latest trends and technology is no easy task, especially when you have a modest budget. And I am convinced that it has been a whirlwind of turnover since the introduction of technology. But last year, it has been another tear of turnover galore.

As the workforce transitions into long-term remote working, tech is becoming hard to avoid. And many families, not all but some, are having a hard time gaining access to this technology needed for people's work environment. And this is why many individuals are looking into continued learning to upgrade themselves to stay top of mind in this competitive market.
