In line with our commitment to continuous improvement and fostering a culture of innovation, we are excited to announce the creation of Logicall Pulse, a new community group dedicated to harnessing employee feedback and promoting positive change across the business.

Logicall Pulse has been designed as a “blue sky” thinking group to enhance engagement, provide a platform for employee ideas, and help us become an even better partner for our clients. By empowering employees to share insights and solutions, we aim to strengthen our commitment to continuous improvement, a cornerstone of Logicall’s philosophy and a key metric in delivering value to our clients.

This initiative reflects Logicall’s approach to improvement, where incremental changes driven by frontline employees can lead to significant enhancements in efficiency, service quality, and innovation. Logicall Pulse will ensure these ideas are not only heard but actively considered at the highest level of the organisation.

Structured for impact

To ensure the group remains effective and focused, Logicall Pulse will consist of nine members representing every part of our business, including three team members from our Heathrow head office and one representative from each regional office. This diverse representation guarantees a wide range of perspectives and ensures that the unique challenges and opportunities of each location are addressed.

Meeting quarterly, the group will have direct lines of communication to the Board, and will play a vital role in shaping the company’s strategic initiatives based on employee feedback and innovative ideas.
