Smaller steps do matter. Your success depends on the smaller steps you put today. This is applicable to most of the scenarios in our life. This is true for corporate life as well.
Not only that..... it is applicable to the products and solutions offered by you. Keep your customers happy by doing continuous improvements to the products and services you offer. Customers will be delighted and be loyal to your brand.
As product managers it is our responsibility to do these little tweaks to improve customer experience. Having this in mind, Digital Product team of SLT launched the phase to of Kimaki mobile game on 14th February 2022 under the theme "Romantic Adventures of Kimaki". Female character was introduced together with complete change to the game play.
I am really happy and proud to be part of this initiative as the Product Manager/Engineer from SLT. So many others contributed to the success of this product. Both SLT and Arimac teams worked hard to achieve this milestone. Customers are delighted to see the update as they can experience a whole new adventure with more gifts and winning opportunities. Some of our valuable customers and partners were there invited to the launching ceremony.
Every day offers a new learning to me. That's why I always accept challenges. You may not be perfect but always be committed and ready to give your 100%.
More details on this adventure is available here if you are interested.

2 年In ISO 9001: 2015, it talks about Continual Improvement. (Previously it was continuous improvement) Previously in continuous improvement, the increment in the graph is a straight line. But in "Continual" it is incremental in in steps. (improve, standardize, improve, standardize, .....) Again if u want to talk the same in LEAN language. "Hoshin Kanri" and "Daily Management". Daily Mgt gives you small improvements where Hoshin Kanri (Policy Deployment) gives you big improvements.
