Soledad celebrates Hispanic Heritage Month by indulging in one of her favorite cultural traditions: enjoying authentic cuisine at hidden-gem restaurants. “I love hole-in-the-wall restaurants. Novelty and uniqueness at its finest. Did someone say Pozole?” she says, sharing her enthusiasm for the richness of her culture through food.

When it comes to advice for future generations of Hispanic professionals, Soledad encourages them to embrace teamwork and give their all. “Always put forth your best effort with the team you work alongside,” she advises, a testament to the importance of collaboration and dedication in her own career.?
