Continuing Education Training Recognition
ESCO Institute-HVAC Excellence
It is our mission to improve the technical competency of the HVACR Industry.
To excel in the HVACR industry, it's crucial to obtain formal training, validate knowledge through industry recognized certifications, and keep abreast of technological advancements through continuing education. Similar to researching a school's accreditation or an instructor's credentials before enrolling in a program, it's essential to apply stringent criteria when selecting a continuing education course.
Continuing Education Units (CEUs) were established in 1970 by the International Accreditors for Continuing Education and Training to standardize the measurement of continuing education and training, where 1 CEU is equivalent to 10 hours of training. HVAC Excellence, a standards organization in the HVACR industry, adheres to these globally recognized standards in course recognition and education.
HVAC Excellence provides the tools to validate if training content, which may include, but is not limited to a PowerPoint presentation, online course, or webinar-based session, addresses the required competencies and tasks that cover the basic knowledge and skills being taught. Upon approval, this recognition guarantees that the provided content covers crucial knowledge areas and skills essential for success in various segments of the HVACR industry.
Benefits of Recognition
Please note that recognition by HVAC Excellence is not equivalent to program accreditation, nor does it imply endorsement or approval.
