Contingency Planning for Real Estate Agents and Brokers
When my father died, I just wanted to sob and drink vodka for breakfast every day.
He had put a "plan" into place for after he was gone, but there were some loose ends that I had to tie up even though the last thing I wanted to deal with was lost passwords, gathering statements and reconstructing records to get his estate in order.
I just wanted to climb into bed and suck my thumb.
But I couldn't.
There was work to do.
I am not doing that to my kids. I am going to get my sh*t in order and have my life organized and in one place so they can drink vodka for breakfast and deal with it another day.
Or just celebrate and go spend every last penny.
Or anything they want other than dealing with a mess that I could have cleaned up.
I am getting my sh*t in order for them.
And for me.
So I can rest easy and concentrate on my business and my life.
I want that for me, and I want that for you.
This is why I am teaming up with Mary Beth Simon to bring you her can't miss presentation on
