Not much explanation, but understand that knowing content marketing is different from doing content marketing.
Undoubtedly, we live in an economy where an average person is exposed to seeing over a hundred pieces of content on a daily. As a business owner or content marketer, your goal should not just be to create valuable content, but it should align with your business goals/values.
It brings me to using KraksTv as a case study for content marketing and how they have maintained the crown of the go-to for hilarious and viral content.
It all started in 2015 when Femi Bakre , The founder of KraksTv, created KrasTv. According to him, people were going through a lot daily, he, therefore, wanted to create and publish the kind of content that could bring smiles to the faces of people.?
The only tool he had as of then was his iPhone 6 which he started with. Now kraksTv, a digital media entertainment focused on bespoke content for SMEs and big corporations has grown from a few followers to 3 million followers.
For the revenue side, KraksTv started making money in 2015 via ad placement on one of their social media pages. Since then, the company's staff strength has increased to over 20 team members.
