Content Insider #600 - Story Time
Filmmakers face two huge hurdles in getting their stories in front of the eager people who simply can't seem to get enough video content - finding the money for the project and finding the right outlet who will get the video story in front of the right viewers. Bringing together the right team for the project and doing the work seems almost a snap compared to the hurdles...even for the biggest names in the industry. Everyone focuses on the "big name" providers and distributors and we wonder why they don't see the value of the project and the hungry audience they need to help satisfy. Of course viewers face similar challenges in finding unique, special, great content that will ring their chimes since Netflix, Hulu, HBO, Disney and everyone else is only interested in getting viewers for their content. But even fairytales have a happy ending...eventually.
