Welcome back to another edition of The Recruiter Life Chronicles. Buckle up, because we're about to lift the curtain on our well-oiled content machine, and trust me, it’s easier than convincing a candidate to accept a lowball offer!

The Wizardry of Content Scheduling

Yes, you read that right. Contrary to popular belief, content creation isn’t some Herculean task that requires blood, sweat and tears. Instead, it’s more like a lazy Sunday stroll – if you know the magic trick. And, boy, do we know the trick: it’s called - scheduling posts.

Imagine this newsletter is a time capsule. We’re penning these golden words on 7th July, but you won’t see it until 20th August. Yep, we're living in the future! We’re basically the Doctor Who of LinkedIn memes, minus the TARDIS and questionable fashion choices.

Our Secret Sauce

Now, lean in closer, because we're about to reveal our secret recipe. We post seven times a day, every weekday, without breaking a sweat. How, you ask? By scheduling our posts weeks, sometimes even months, in advance. Here’s the lowdown:

Posting Schedule: 9am, 10am, 11am, 12pm, 1pm, 2pm, and 3pm. Yes, that's 35 golden nuggets of content every week!

Monthly Magic: That’s around 140 posts a month, give or take a meme.

Instagram and TikTok: Because we’re not complete maniacs, we only post 3-5 times a week on these platforms.

All this scheduling wizardry takes us about 5 hours a month. Yep, you heard it right – just 5 hours. That’s less time than it takes to watch a series on Netflix and much more productive (allegedly).

From counter offers, ghosting and dodgy clients to office annoyances, microwaved fish in the office and pen tapping colleagues, the content just writes itself. Obviously, it helps that the team at The Recruiter Life are phenomenally funny, not just online but in real life as well. Just ask our friends… Oh, you can’t because no one knows who we are.
