Content Curators Beware?

Great News regarding recent court decision.

We now live in an era of content curation in which many treat original content as a communal commodity that can be used with impunity while disregarding the author's rights in the process. This decision is important because it reinforces the responsibility of those who seek to use someone else's work to do so within reasonable and acceptable guidelines.

I am not sure that this decision will ebb the unauthorized use of content. However, because I believe that most instances of infringement are inadvertent as opposed to deliberate, the court's ruling will at least create an awareness that leads to greater respect for another's work, and its responsible use.
